#1 - Before...After T.B.A. - Sept. 18, 2009

A few days ago, New Puppy, Joshua Pfenning of Proper, and David Johnson of Sidecar decided to collaborate on a "before and after" project for reduxiture. Watch here for updates and see the final product at reduxiture, on or about October 2. (Can we make the opening?) We have two pieces. One is a beautiful 50s design.

Does anyone know the designer?

Then we have another piece. A stool that looks to me like Mrs. Robinson's interior decorator would have added it to her house when redecorating, 5 years after Ben took the bus (maybe '72ish?).

New Puppy will be applying a Japanese brown patina to the metal, something we've used elsewhere in the gallery. Let's see what Joshua decides to run with to complement.

Subsequent Entries for the Project

#2 - No Turning Back
#3 - Chair won't make the opening
#4 - Legs Glued
#5 - Stool Reupholstery
#6 - Back in One Piece
